Investments in digital marketing are becoming more and more important for fashion and luxury companies, acting as a new strategic tool for the communication strategy and in order to improve their ROI. Logislab, in collaboration with the Municipality of Florence, is organizing the first event dig.it4Fashion, entirely focused on the study of innovation in digital marketing. The seminar, organized following the well known format of it4fashion, will be attended by national and international experts who will discuss, through case histories and testimonies, on issues relating to the adoption of IT solutions and tools to support successful digital initiatives by fashion companies.
During the workshop a number of topics including the integration of the retail physical and digital channels, e-commerce, social media, the study of the models to support customer engagement and analysis of customer behavior will be addressed.
